The proposed project aims to develop an integrated educational and residential campus designed for children and young people from vulnerable and low-income backgrounds, with the objective of fostering personal autonomy and socio-professional integration.
To ensure financial sustainability and reduce investment risk, the project is structured as a blended finance model, combining non-reimbursable European funds with private and philanthropic capital.
1. European Funds (65% – 75%)
The primary funding component will be secured through European funds, by structuring the project across multiple eligible funding streams:
a) Educational and Social Infrastructure
funding for campus construction
educational and residential facilities
equipment and infrastructure
b) Education and Training
development and implementation of the educational model (“Year 13 – Life Operating System”)
life skills and independent living programs
c) Social Inclusion
support for vulnerable groups
socio-professional integration
reduction of social exclusion risk
👉 Estimated: €32M – €37M
2. Corporate ESG Financing (15% – 20%)
The ESG component (Environmental, Social, Governance) will be supported through strategic partnerships with private companies interested in investments with measurable social impact.
This funding will support:
infrastructure development
project co-financing
operational and educational components

human capital development
alignment with sustainability goals
visibility and strategic positioning

3. Philanthropy and Foundations (10% – 15%)
